:: Michael Jackson Etching ::

Mixed media project: silver etching with glitter and foil accents.

I was so bewildered by the horrible news of Michael's death, I stayed up late for days working on this etching, couldn't even think of a title for it, because so many things were going through my mind at once.

I just remember listening to "Smooth Criminal" over and over and feeling so surreal, he can't be gone, Michael are you OK? Tell us that you're OK. I freely admit that I cried and cried and worked on this till all hours of the night.

Unfortunately this project doesn't scan very well-- it looks much better in person: it is metallic silver and accented with holographic glitter.
